In order to start creating your Get Outside Co. Custom Hat:
- Have a look through the information booklet and price list and get an idea of what you want.
- Fill out the order form to receive a quote. Find this on the custom hat page of our website.
-If you're happy to go ahead, the next step is to pay the deposit.
- I will get in touch shortly after to book you in for a design consult either in person or over video chat/phone. This is where we will confirm all ideas and make sure we have an accurate measurement of your head.

2024 Orders: Opening for the final time September 3rd. Will close orders as soon as books are full. This is your last time to get a custom hat done before Christmas. 2-3 month wait on customs. Rush orders available upon discussion.
If you plan on gifting a loved one a custom hat please get in touch and we can create them a custom hat gift box so they are able to design their own hat with me from start to finish.

Custom Hat Deposit
Absolutely no returns on custom hat orders. These hats are made to order and I will not be able to offer any returns.
If you have measured in correct: I can remake the hat for additional costs.
1 year warranty on any faults from my personal sewing or quality of work and not on regular wear and tear.
No returns on deposits if you change your mind as this is used to order the materials for your hat.
If I do not hear from you within 30 days after you have paid for your deposit it will be void.
Final Payment must be made within 7 days of the completion of your hat. Late fees will apply to the invoice if not made before the due date.
Please refer to the order booklet for an accurate description of prices on a completed hat. Please email me at any time with any questions reagrding this and to receive an accurate quote for the hat you want made prior to paying your deposit.
Payment plans via invoice can be split into 4 or more weekly or fortnightly payments
$200 deposit and final payment upon completion through invoice
Afterpay is available with a fee. This is because afterpay charges small business 6% per transaction. This fee of $30 will be added onto your final invoice amount.
