  • Absolutely no returns on custom hat orders, sale items or special collection items. Ready to wear hats can be exchanged for store credit.

    If sizing is wrong I can remake the hat or stretch it for additional costs. If hat is too small I can send you foam reducers to insert under sweatband. 1 year warranty on any faults from my personal sewing or quality of work and not on regular wear and tear.
